Free Training Options Through RPG Research

Join as a volunteer at the 501(c)3 non-profit RPG Research, and you can receive training for free by participating in weekly 4-hour training sessions, and "giving back" to the community twice per month.

Intensive Workshop Options

We offer 1 to 5 day intensive workshops for those professionals that already have years of experience in their relevant field, and may or may not have any RPG experience but want to integrate RPGs into their professional offerings or facilities. Each full day of workshops covers between 1 to 3 training sessions.

Workshops range between $200 to $500 per person, per day.

We do offer significant group rate discounts (minimum 3 people).

Some people want intensive training focused on their needs. Others prefer to attend in groups with their peers. We can accommodate either option.

We provide 1-3 staff members as needed per workshop to simulate all of the group settings.

Workshop standard pricing (note these are guidelines and subject to change without advance notice):

  • 1-day weekend intensive workshops (8 am through 6 pm): $500 per trainee. The group rate is $300 per person for 3 or more trainees.

  • Multi-day evening workshops (6 pm through 10 pm): $300 per day for single trainee. $200 per person per day for 3 or more trainees.


Weekly Training Sessions

Training levels 1 through 3 are foundational training for all pathways.

These are offered as 16 sessions per level, if you attend one 4-hour session per week and complete your weekly assignments. These are only offered for groups of 3 or more at $150 per person per session.


Individual Consultation/Training Options

If you want individual consultation with our founder and president, his hourly consultation rate is $250/hr, billed in hourly increments.

If you want individual consultation with our senior staff, their hourly consultation rates range from $90 to $180 depending on the area of specialty.

You can use a number of self-study options we offer, including:

  • Workbooks and study guides.

  • Training videos and audio.

  • Online education platform at RPG.Education.

  • Mobile apps (pending)
